Q. How long will my trial last?
All trials last for 15 days from the time you install. If you need more time for your evaluation just drop us an email and we will extend your trial.
Q. Is the trial fully functional?
Yes, all the functionality is available during the trial period. You will also be entitled to product support should you need it, so don't hesitate to reach out if you run into any problems.
Q. How is Cerulean offered?
Cerulean is offered as a "Subscription" based service. Each user can purchase a personal or professional subscription. Each user will each require their own subscription.
Q. Can I use Cerulean on multiple machines?
No. You can install Cerulean on as many machines as you would like provided you're using those machines.
Q. I have a license key for Azure Management Studio. Can I use that with Cerulean?
Sorry, you can't use the license key for Azure Management Studio with Cerulean. However please contact us with your Azure Management Studio license key as you may be eligible for either free upgrade or deep discount on Cerulean.
Q. How can I make a purchase?
All purchases must be made through our website using a debit or credit card.
Q. Do you accept purchase orders?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept purchase orders for our products.
Q. What does the price include?
The advertised price includes support and upgrades as long as your subscription is active i.e. not expired.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, see our pricing page for volume discounts. Please note that volume discounts are only offered for professional subscriptions.
Q. How do I receive the product?
All our products are delivered as a digital download.
If you have purchase a professional subscription, you can activate the subscription by inputting a key which are emailed to you when you purchase a subscription.
If you have purchased a personal subscription, it will be activated usually within 5-10 minutes after you've placed your order. You will need to restart the application in order for subscription activation to reflect in the application.
Q. What types of product support do you offer?
Product support is included in the price. Just contact the support team with a short email describing your problem and they'll reach out. Most support problems are handled swiftly over email.
Q. How should I initiate a product support request?
Just email the support team and they'll take it from there. Most product related problems are resolved within 24 hours.
Q. How often do you release product updates?
We aim to release updates to Cerulean each month.
Q. Am I entitled to the latest version?
Yes, you can always download the latest version of Cerulean from our website. However the full use of the product will depend on your subscription status.
Q. How do I upgrade my product to the latest version?
Auto updater is included inside the product. Whenever a new version is available, you will be prompted about it in the application itself with instructions on upgrading to the latest version.
